I have received a faulty item, what do I do?

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience of receiving a faulty item. If you received a wrong or faulty item, please contact us at contact@senaactive.com immediately with:

  • Order number 
  • Pictures of wrong or faulty item, the packaging and delivery slip

Please ensure that you keep the delivery slip and take pictures between outside and inside of your package. We will then be in contact with you to find a solution for you as soon as possible. Please only return the wrong items if our team asks you to do so.

How do I wash my Sena pieces?

All Sena Active items are designed with high quality materials. In order to maintain the best condition, it is recommended for customers to either hand wash or place pieces in a washing bag into the washing machine on a cold wash cycle with similar colours. Hang your pieces to dry. 

I have placed an order online but changed my mind, can I cancel for a refund?

Refunds are only issued to those who are eligible including customers receiving a wrong or faulty item, given that it meets our quality test standards when returned to the warehouse.  Customers are unable to request a refund for change of mind and all items purchased with a sale.  If you wish to request for a refund, please contact us at contact@senaactive.com within 14 business days of receiving goods.

Are Sena leggings squat proof?

Sena Active items are designed and engineered with high quality material to ensure that you feel confident and comfortable in our activewear. This includes ensuring that Sena Active leggings are squat proof. 

What is your return policy?

Returns are only eligible for wrong or faulty items within 14 days of receiving goods. Please also ensure that activewear is kept in good condition when trying them on as returns will only be accepted if activewear is returned clean, undamaged and with all labels still attached. 

Sena has a right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. Any sale and free items are not eligible for returns. If there are any issues, please contact our customer support team at contact@senaactive.com.

We understand that returning items can be a tedious process, so in the case of submitting a return, please follow the steps to make it as easy as possible for you. 

  1. Contact our support team at contact@senaactive.com regarding your return including your order number and items you wish to return. You will receive a reply with our address to process your return within 2-5 business days. 
  2. Bring your package to the post office / courier to process the return. Record and keep receipt with tracking number and receipt number until return has been processed. 
  3. Reply to our email (from step 1)with a photo of the receipt and tracking number. 
  4. Once the items have been returned we will process either a refund or store credit. 

Any return fees including but not limited to shipping fees will be paid by the customer.
